Sprouts Farmers Market

Sprouts farmers Market at Laguna Blvd Elk Grove, is hands down my favorite grocery store. The commitment to quality is evident in every aspect of the store. The produce section is a feast for the eyes, with bountiful displays of organic and locally sourced fruits and vegetables. The meat and seafood department offers a wide range of options, ensuring that I can find exactly what I need for any recipe. The aisles are well-stocked with a diverse selection of products, and the prices are competitive. Sprouts Farmers Market is a shining example of a top-notch grocery store, and I'm a loyal customer for life.

Everyone likes Sprouts, especially if you’re into farmers markets and fresh fruits and vegis. The hey have that down. Where I have an issue.. why are simple things priced so crazy? I walked over to get my dog a can of tuna and a can of green beans per her vet diet thingy.. like $12 dude that’s unreal. Next day I went back and looked at prices. That can of fake tuna my dog hated was like $8 and the green beans were $4. Now the pony based tuna was my bad.. still seems excessive but whatever. A can of green beans for $4 though.. someone in pricing should be fired for that one. I will say you’re not going to find a nicer setup for fresh stuff then you will here on the weekend. We even have a farmers market that opens up out front. I’ve made some killer pies and stuff walking over there and buying random apples and stuff. Very nice. The Sprouts store here is always spotless and the shelves are monitored 24/7. Think Whole Foods but less technical.. that’s what you’re getting with Sprouts. My biggest issue is one they could remedy easy. Get SODA! Why couldn’t you carry the sugar free Pepsi? Nah.. they sell this terrible and expensive salty carbonated water with “flavor” yeah.. it sucks. But yeah, if you know what you’re getting into, it’s a great store.

It was my first visit to this store, someone suggested I go get there candies from there barrels. The store was clean and organized. But the cashier was so rude. As she was scanning my items. She asked me what the code to the candies were… I don’t work there. How should I know.. I said, “I’m sorry what?” She said. “ I need the code for this candy. I don’t have it or know it.” I asked if there was an associate who can please go check. She smirked at me and said “no YOU need to go!” My jaw dropped and I told her I’d just leave it.. not only because of her nasty attitude. But I’m pregnant and trying to make my way around isn’t that easy. I was surprised that she rather loose sales for the store than try to help Out a client, isn’t that what customer service is all about? She was an older woman. With long hair and glasses. I tried to find a name on the receipt but couldn’t find one. It was my first and last visit to that store.

I shopped at this store all the time and always loved their fresh fruits and veggies. This is also the only store that has a variety of fresh made olives. But the store lack good management. The check out line is always long and have very few check out employees. When asked where to find certain items, the employee didn’t know where items located at and was no help.

One of the best healthy stores I have been in. Tons of vitamins, brain food, energy enhancers, etc. Just about anything you can imagine for mind, body and soul. Food choices are small, but very healthy. Fresh veggies, bread, sauces, cereals, frozen foods etc. Lots of choices, yummy salsas etc. 4 star is because prices are steep, to bad.
